The ability to deliver on our commitment to finding you the deals you want – or finding a buyer for the deal you have – comes through an extensive amount of time spent, both investing in property and making the right sort of contacts.
This is not easily achieved, and stems from a lot of time attending both property and general business network events and seminars. And, more importantly – the follow up – to actually forge great relationships.
Perhaps, it can be summed up thus: it’s not what you know, but who you know.
